It was brutally cold with wind chills once again making it feel like it was below zero. Multiple layers with minimal skin exposure is this commuters weapon against the bitter cold in Downtown Friday, Jan. 25, 2014. this was one of those days when it was not that fun being a news photographer for the Tribune-Review.
